There are several ways to make a reservation with Chartair.

For Freight Transport Service Enquires, you can fill an online form, and our friendly Operations team will respond with a quote within 24 hours. 

To make a booking you can call or send an email to confirm after you have received a quote. This is the preferred method.

After your initial enquiry, our team will send you a selection of quotes to choose from. Each quotation will have a clear breakdown of aircraft and airports. Our operations team will book the private plane and send you the flight details if you wish to go ahead. This includes check-in time and other important information related to your charter flight.

Animal transportation is $15 per kg, including the weight of the cage, plus an $11.00 handling fee. You must provide your own pet carrier and it needs to be Airline approved.

Freight or mail must be pre-booked the day before. 

• Some items can be accepted the day of flight with prior approval. 
• Alice Springs: 3 pm day prior to flight 
• Kalgoorlie & Warburton: 45 min prior to scheduled departure

Community freight must be pre-booked the day before and if it is not prebooked it will not be uplifted from the community. You must be at the airstrip at the arrival time of the scheduled flight.
